Terms of Service

The service

M365 Health Score ("the Service") scans a Microsoft 365 tenant via read-only Microsoft Graph API permissions and reports on potentially wasted license spend — unassigned seats, disabled accounts with paid licenses, and inactive license holders. The Service is informational; it is your responsibility to verify findings and make your own licensing decisions before taking action (e.g. removing or downgrading a license).

Read-only commitment

M365 Health Score only requests read-only Microsoft Graph scopes (User.Read, Reports.Read.All, Directory.Read.All, Organization.Read.All). We do not, and cannot, modify your tenant, change license assignments, alter settings, or access mailbox/file/message content.

Pricing & payment

• Free scan — shows your total estimated monthly waste. No itemized breakdown.
• Full Health Score report — $99, one-time — unlocks the complete report across all 5 pillars for the scan already run, delivered as a PDF and an Excel issue tracker. No re-scan is performed after payment; you get the report for the data already collected.
• Monthly monitoring — $34/month — re-scans your tenant monthly and emails an updated report. Billed via PayPal subscription, renewing automatically each month until cancelled.

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your card or bank account details.

Cancelling monthly monitoring

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing; we don't prorate or refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You may only connect a Microsoft 365 tenant you own or are authorized to administer. You agree not to use the Service to attempt unauthorized access to any tenant, to circumvent rate limits or security controls, or to resell or redistribute scan results as your own product without our permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Waste estimates are based on Microsoft Graph data and static public list pricing for common license SKUs, and may not reflect your organization's actual negotiated pricing or usage patterns. We are not liable for licensing decisions made based on report data, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
